Please read this page carefully. These terms and conditions constitute the legal documentation to ensure that a legally binding contract is in place between TechMyline Ltd and you. TechMyline Ltd and it's properties will herein also be referred to as "TechMyline","BountyDigitals", "BountyDigitals.com", "site", "Company". By accessing or using the services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.
Your use of the BountyDigitals Site and Features and our Services (both as defined below) is subject to binding individual arbitration of any disputes which may arise, as provided in these Terms of Use. Please read the arbitration provisions carefully and do not use any of the BountyDigitals Sites and Features or our Services if you are unwilling to arbitrate any disputes you may have with us (including without limitation any disputes relating to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any Additional Terms) as provided herein.
TechMyline Ltd (together with any affiliates, the “Company”) owns and operates a number of different websites, mobile apps, and interactive services, including without limitation BountyDigitals.com, BountyHost.com, TechLines.com.bd, and others (collectively, the “TechMyline Sites”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the TechMyline Sites and to all of the features, mobile applications, emails, online services and other functionalities (collectively, the “Features”) available via or related to the TechMyline Sites, whether accessed via a computer, mobile device, or otherwise (collectively, the “TechMyline Sites and Features”).
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the Company. By using any of the TechMyline Sites and Features or our Services, and/or clicking to “Accept” or otherwise agreeing to these Terms where that option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy (https://bountydigitals.com/policy/privacy-policy/42). If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not register with or use any TechMyline Sites or Features or our Services.
We may post additional terms, official rules, or agreements that apply to certain services, applications, activities, and features we offer or provide at or through certain TechMyline Sites and Features (“Additional Terms”), and you may be subject to such Additional Terms when you access those services, applications, activities and/or features. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Additional Terms (on the one hand) and these Terms (on the other hand), these Terms shall prevail unless expressly otherwise stated in the Additional Terms, which are intended to supplement, but not replace, these Terms.
You supply the services as referred to on BountyDigitals.com ('our site') to us. You must understand that when joining our site and by using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our services & contact information
There are a few simple steps that you need to be aware of before you use our services:
1. Before you can use our Services you need to register (for free) on our site. On registration you may provide a email and password, keep this safe at all times and do not disclose it to anybody;
2. You must be 13 years of age or older to use our site.
3. When you reach the minimum payout in total wallet earnings, you will be required to verify your identity before you can receive payment. This will only be required once ever. Any ID documents that you upload in this tab are immediately deleted forever from our servers once it is approved. To verify your ID, you must complete at least 2 out of the 3 following options. Step 1, Take a photo of yourself with a mobile phone, or any camera, holding a piece of paper with the word "BountyDigitals" written on it, with your face clearly in view. Step 2, upload a government issued ID such as your Driver’s License, Passport or Student ID card. Step 3, submit a link to your personal Facebook profile. (Your account must not be set to private and must be publicly viewable.)
4. Once you have submitted your registration request you will receive an e-mail from us (if your email is valid) acknowledging that we have received your personal information and setting out your account status.
5. If you register for BountyDigitals via a referral link of another user, your personal information including name and email address will be passed onto that user in case they may contact you to help you use BountyDigitals.
6. Our Services are listed on our site. If you wish to use our services then you must follow the instructions on our website.
7. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed once you have signed up successfully to BountyDigitals.com. The Contract will relate only to those Services we have confirmed in the confirmation email. We will not be obliged to supply any other Services which may have been part of your order until the supply of the Services has been confirmed in a separate confirmation email.
8. BountyDigitals.com may terminate/suspend without notice any accounts at its discretion.
9. All earnings are in TAKA. ৳1.00 = 0.0085 USD
10. Referral commission only includes commission earned on users withdrawing from account and does not include bonuses or that users own referral commission.
11. You may request a refund on any unspent advertising funds only. If the funds are already spent, you cannot get a refund on them. You cannot get a refund on bonuses added. For example if you add ৳200 and we give you a ৳20 bonus, you can only request a refund on the original ৳200, not ৳220.
12. BountyDigitals withdraw only available in last week of the month. 23rd to 30th date.
13. BountyDigitals is not required to pay users that do not reach the minimum payout set in their account.
14. BountyDigitals may apply charge backs to your account if an advertiser rejects leads due to fraud, false information, or any reason what so ever. These amounts will be deducted from your BountyDigitals account.
15. If there are any database issues, display errors or coding issues on the BountyDigitals website which cause your earnings to appear higher than they should be, BountyDigitals will correct this and is not liable to pay you for any incorrect values that were previously displaying.
16. If you do not login to your BountyDigitals account for more than 3 months, your account will be closed and any earnings you have accumulated during that time will be foresighted. If you haven't logged in during the last 3 months, we will consider your account as inactive and it will therefore be closed forever.
17. You expressly agree not to engage in any activities that compromise the security or integrity of our systems, including but not limited to hacking, penetration testing, or any unauthorized attempts to access, interfere with, or damage our website, servers, or associated networks.
18. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability or weakness in our systems, we encourage you to responsibly disclose it to us by using the Contact Form. Unauthorized attempts to exploit or test the security of our systems may result in legal action.
19. Engaging in unauthorized security testing, hacking, or any activities that violate the security of our systems may result in legal consequences. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals or entities involved in such activities.
20. By engaging in the development of advertising campaigns, including but not limited to the creation of task or click campaigns, or any other form of advertising, you explicitly acknowledge and assume complete liability for any damages that may arise as a consequence of users adhering to your instructions. You unequivocally accept full responsibility, amounting to 100%, for all instructions or proof instructions you issue. Any form of fraudulent activity will not be tolerated, and immediate account suspension will ensue.
21. If requesting a refund on your advertising balance, any bonus amounts given, even if spent, will be deducted from your advertising balance when requesting a refund. For example, adding ৳500 and getting a ৳50 bonus. If you have spent ৳50, and request a refund on your remaining ৳500 balance, then only ৳450 will be refunded.
22. Our services may display advertisements from third parties ("Advertisers"). We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, quality, or safety of the content, products, or services advertised by these third parties.
23. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from your interaction with or reliance on advertisements displayed on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by the content of advertisements, errors, or omissions in advertisements, or any transactions or relationships initiated as a result of such advertisements.
24. It is your responsibility to evaluate and bear the risks associated with the use of any content, including advertisements, on our platform. You acknowledge and agree that your interactions with Advertisers are solely between you and the Advertiser, and we are not a party to any transactions or agreements between you and Advertisers.
26. We explicitly disclaim any liability for damages, losses, or harm arising from viruses, malware, or any other harmful elements contained in advertisements. Users acknowledge and understand that the internet carries inherent risks, and we do not guarantee the safety or security of the content displayed through our network.
27. We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service regularly for updates.
28. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that TechMyline Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if TechMyline Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
29. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Bangladesh, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
30. When using BountyDigitals.com you agree to obey all the rules of the Website. You acknowledge that these rules may change over time and that you will obey their most current form.
We want to make special mention of the following rules:
➤ You must not buy or sell BountyDigitals.com accounts.
➤ You must not create multiple accounts. You are limited to one account per person.
➤ You must not share devices with others that have a BountyDigitals account. Once account per device
➤ You must not share accounts with another IP address. Once account per IP address.
➤ You must not signup through your own referral link in order to gain commission off yourself. If you are caught doing this you will be permanently
banned and all earnings will not be paid.
➤ You must not use Opera Mini Web Browser, or Tor Browser.
➤ You must not create an account on behalf of another person.
➤ You must not supply false documents, fake or edited photos, or any government documents that belong to someone else that is not you,
during the Verify ID process.
➤ You must not buy or sell points from an external party.
➤ You must not create fake tasks, or have a friend/family member create a task with the purpose of only getting you to do it, in order to try and game
or cheat the Ladder or Referral Ladder to try win bonuses. Any linked accounts as a result of this behavior may be subject to being banned.
➤ You must not use bots, auto-clickers, our external scripts on the Website to send us traffic.
➤ You must not auto unlike-like, unfollow-follow, -1-+1 other's sites/pages/accounts.
➤ You must not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
➤ You must not upload viruses or other malicious code.
➤ You must not include BountyDigitals.com tracking links in iframes or any other popup/popunder window.
➤ You must not send proxy traffic to BountyDigitals.com links, or tasks.
➤ You must not use any VPN to register for BountyDigitals, or use a VPN whilst inside of BountyDigitals to perform tasks.
➤ You must not manipulate any entry link to any offer, survey or task to try game the system or trick the system into thinking you haven't completed this offer
previously already, or to gain access to more surveys.
➤ You must not purposely clear cookies, cache, reset IP address or trick the system in order to do the same task over again
➤ You must not use multiple devices or browser emulators, with the exception of your own devices that you actually own.
➤ You must not use browser extensions to auto click or simulate clicks
➤ You must not fill Surveys with false information.
➤ You must not create fake tasks, or have a friend/family member create a task with the purpose of only getting you to do it, in order to try and game or
cheat the Ladder or Referral Ladder to try win bonuses. Any linked accounts as a result of this behavior may be subject to being banned.
➤ You must not fill in the incorrect profile information into BountyDigitals such as name, age, address and gender.
➤ You must not use software or bots to install apps.
➤ You must not use software or bots to perform searches in our search engine.
➤ You must not try to hack, pen test, perform denial of service attacks, or try to break our website in any way, without the written consent of TechMyline Ltd.
➤ You must not upload photos with the Take Photo feature that you do not own the rights to.
➤ You must not use BountyDigitals.com to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
➤ You must not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of BountyDigitals.com, such as a denial of service attack.
➤ You must not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
➤ You must not try to hack other peoples accounts, change their personal information or payment information
➤ You understand that cheating our system, will result in your account being disabled, with all earnings removed, with no second chances or warnings.
➤ If we disable your account, you must not create another one.
Anyone found to be breaking any of these will be removed from BountyDigitals.com permanently, with or without prior notice, and none of your accumulated earnings or wallet value will be paid to you.
Please understand that if you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to use this site or our services.
